How can I return an item?

You can return an item within 14 days by contacting us for a returns number (RMA). All items must be in a resalable condition with bags/boxes sealed, no tags cut off and be returned in the original packaging.

Please make sure that you include the following details in your package:

  • Your order number
  • Returns number (RMA) which you received from our customer care team
  • Returns note, indicating which item(s) you’d like exchanged or refunded
  • The new size or colour you’d like of the items to be exchanged

Which carrier(s) do you use?

We use various carriers to ship orders, they include but is not limited to Royal Mail, DHL and UPS. Carrier chosen would depend on your delivery location and time of order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received, you will receive your refund within 14 business days.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery/shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We offer both express and standard delivery for the UK and worldwide. You will be given the option to choose your preferred delivery method and instantly see quotes for each delivery type. We use Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and other couriers.

International Standard delivery aims to deliver to:

  • Eastern Europe and major cities worldwide within 3 – 7 business days
